Options are:

F12 - Trainer .

F1 - Infinite Hlth.
F2 - Infinite Ammo.
F3 - Infinite Granades.
F4 - Rappid Fire.
F5 - Instant Abilities/Fuel.
F6 - Slowmotion.
F7 - Super Speed.
F8 - Mini Player.
F9 - Mega Player.
F10 - Super Low Gravity Jump - Lite.
F11 - Super Low Gravity Jump - Boosted.

1 - One Hit Kill.
2 - Slowmotion enemies.
3 - Freeze Enemies.
4 - Super fast Enemies.
5 - Mini Enemies.
6 - Mega Enemies.
7 - No Recoil.
8 - Instant Melee.
9 - Mega Lp.
0 - Super Speed - Alternate

Teleporter:
Numpad 0 - Store Position.
Numpad 2 - Teleport.
Numpad 3 - Undo Teleportion.

Note: Also keep in mind that this trainer is not done with intentions to be used to online. If you use it for such it's your choice if it works online that is. but i recommend to use my trainers only for offline fun and help and nothing more.
